WHAT MAKES BLUE SKY DIFFERENT?
It’s the effort we put into everything we serve.
We start with never-frozen, 100% ground chuck for our handmade hamburger patties. Ground chuck is higher quality than regular hamburger meat and contains no fillers. It costs more, but when you’re trying to build a great burger, you have to start with the best beef.
Our buns are baked fresh daily and contain no preservatives.
We hand-cut our french fries from #1 quality Idaho potatoes.
Our onion rings, chile sticks and jalapeño rings are hand-battered right before cooking.
Our green chile is sourced straight from Hatch, New Mexico.
Only Blue Bell ice cream is good enough for our hand-dipped milk shakes.
We go through gallons of homemade ranch dressing every day and custom blend our signature spices to bring out the flavor of everything we cook.
